The health and safety of our audience members is one of our top priorities; many protocols have been put into place for your protection. In compliance with current CDC guidelines and our event venue's safety protocols, the following will be required of all guests & artists. Please take a moment to review the information before arriving at the venue.

 

COVID GUIDELINES UPDATE

MASKS:

At this time, due to the rise in COVID-19 cases, in particular the Delta variant, a protective face mask covering both the NOSE and MOUTH while inside the venue is REQUIRED for all vaccinated and unvaccinated audience members and staff, except when eating or drinking. Audience members who fail to properly wear a mask will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.

 

Performers who are vaccinated are still required to wear masks when not performing and in contact with other performers, audience members or staff.

 

BOX OFFICE/SEATING:

The box office opens 1 hour prior to the show and audience seating will open at the same time. Seating is general admission. The Cuban Club Theatre holds approximately 300 seats and at this time, we feel audience members will be able to socially distance as they feel fit. Ticket sales are maxed at 150 people to accommodate social distancing.

 

PHYSICAL DISTANCING of at least 6-feet is strongly encouraged at all times.

HAND HYGIENE: sanitizer will be available throughout the venue. Bathrooms are available and you are encouraged to wash your hands for a minimum of 20-seconds.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU CAN ANSWER “YES” TO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Have you experienced any of the following symptoms within 48 hours of the event: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea?

  • Within 14 days of the event, have you been in close physical contact (6 feet or closer for at least 15 minutes) with a person known to have laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 or with anyone who has any symptoms consistent with COVID-19?

  • Are you isolating or quarantining because you may have been exposed to a person with COVID-19 or are worried that you may be sick with COVID-19?

  • Are you currently waiting on the results of a COVID-19 test?

  • If you have not been fully vaccinated, have you traveled by any means of mass transit, including but not limited to plane, train, bus, or subway within 14-days of the event?

 

TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

By purchasing a ticket for this event, you are indicating that you will pay the required fees. The ticket fee is non-refundable, but transferable to another participant or for a future show. If you do not attend the event, you will still be responsible for payment.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

A cash bar will be available both inside the theatre and in the outside patio/lobby areas serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for onsite purchases of tickets as well as for concessions purchases.
